Under the partnership of Dr. Gert Walter and Stephanie Liatsis, RN, we are dedicated to bringing the very best therapeutic and aesthetic services and products to our clients. We are at the forefront of groundbreaking technologies, using state-of-the-art equipment and medical-strength skin care products to restore your skin and help you look your best.

We are a Diamond provider in the Allergan Partner Privileges® Program, which means we are one of the top 5 providers of Botox® Cosmetic and Juvederm® Injectable Gel fillers in New England. We also carry a unique line of physician-grade cosmeceuticals. These specialized skin-care regimens are crucial in retarding aging and sun damage, as well as helping to improve and prolong the results of any cosmetic procedures.

Not only has Dr Walter developed some innovative combinations of procedures to provide optimal outcomes, we also have the latest and safest advances in skin care available for you.

Our staff has been extensively trained in the use of lasers and other advanced light treatments, as well as in other skin care procedures, in order to bring you the superior results you are looking for.

Dr. Gert Walter, MD

Dr. Gert Walter, , MD, FACEP is our on-site physician. He is a clinical instructor for the University of Massachusetts Medical School, a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Board of Emergency Medicine, a member of the Faculty of the American College of Emergency Medicine, and a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians, as well as the American College of Emergency Physicians. He has received specialized aesthetic training at the Anti-Aging Institute in Texas, as well as being trained in VASER® techniques at the Advanced Body Institute in Colorado. A graduate of the Tufts University School of Medicine, Dr. Walter is also board certified in Emergency Medicine and works in the Emergency Department at Emerson Hospital in Concord.

A former president, board member and national councilor of the Massachusetts College of Emergency Physicians, he has received their Distinguished Service Award, President Award and Vanguard Award in recognition of his service to patients and emergency medicine. Dr. Walter has also worked extensively with the state Department of Public Health to help implement the Massachusetts Stroke Service Center Program for hospitals and improve emergency medical services across the state.

Stephanie Liatsis, RN

Stephanie Liatsis, RN is our Chief Aesthetician, and is one of the top injectors of BOTOX® and fillers in New England. Her superior technique is recognized by Allergan (the makers of BOTOX® and JUVÉDERM®); who selected her to train physicians and nurses from all over the country in advanced applications for BOTOX® and cosmetic fillers. In addition to specialty training in Emergency Medicine and her dermatological and aesthetic experience, Stephanie has trained at the Esthetic Skin Institute for Physicians and Nurses in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. A member of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association and AMEN (Association of Medical Esthetic Nurses), she is also a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Jasmin Taliadouros

Comes to us with an extensive and diverse background in both the business and the medical fields. Jasmin has managed various medical offices, as well as her own business. She also has experience in the cosmetic industry. She is very compassionate and her number one priority is to be able to assist people with the utmost quality and customer satisfaction.

Tammy D’Agostino

Tammy graduated from the Assabet Valley Esthetics program in February 2006. Her biggest reward in life is her family, including her four daughters, and working with the team at Medical Aesthetics of New England, PC. Tammy likes to demonstrate and teach skin care, and make people feel secure about themselves. She strives to help people look and feel more confident about maintaining ideal care of their skin, including proper cleansing, moisturizing, toning and applying makeup so that it looks natural. "When people feel better about their complexion, they feel better about themselves.

Amanda Flagg, LPN

Amanda is an LPN who graduated from the Mt Wachusetts College program in 2010. She had previously completed her esthetician training at the Catherine Hinds School. As she has increased her education and experience, Amanda is also our newest Botox Injector Nurse.

Amanda says "My mom is an RN and works in the aesthetics field. She has been my mentor and has been a strong role model for me. I’m really looking forward to following in her footsteps.”

Alisia Vakalidis

A graduate of the Master/Medical Esthetics program and is certified in laser hair reduction, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Alisia came into the field of Esthetics because of her passion for skin care. She loves building relationships with clients to help achieve optimal results according to each individuals concerns with their skin. Alisia says "The thing I love the most about being here at Medical Aesthetics is the time the team takes with their clients to help them feel comfortable, cared for, and most importantly happy with their results and experience with us."

Advanced Training and Observation Session Information

Another unique aspect of our practice is that we provide Advanced Training and Observation Sessions. You can observe basic and advanced techniques in BOTOX® and Filler injections, and have plenty of opportunity to interact with patients and staff. Our goal is to provide you with premier technical knowledge and hands-on practical training to ensure your success in medical aesthetics. Your hands-on patient assessment and treatment will enable you to provide superior patient outcomes and consistently high patient satisfaction.

Observation – half day (up to 4 hours): $500

Hands-on training session for1 to 3 people (2 hours): $1500.
